3-Ingredient Flourless Pancakes

For many, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. But it’s also the moment of the day when we are most stretched for time.

Our simple, three-ingredient pancake recipe is easy to make and even easier to eat. They’re also dairy and refined sugar free. Ready to give them a try?


  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1 medium banana, peeled

  • 3 1/2 tbsp milk of choice (almond, soy, etc)

Feel free to add a pinch of salt, cinnamon or other additional ingredients if desired.


  • Combine ingredients into a food processor (or blender) and blend

  • Heat frying pan over medium heat and grease well so pancakes don’t stick

  • Pour batter into the pan and cook until bubbles start to form on top; flip and cook an additional minute

  • Recipe makes 6-7 small pancakes; serve with maple syrup, yogurt, berries etc
