Cauliflower bake



1 head of cauliflower (chopped)

4 garlic cloves (peeled and crushed)

1 onion (sliced)

4 sprigs of thyme

3 tbsp olive oil

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper



Preheat oven to 200°.

Toss cauliflower on baking tray with onion, thyme, garlic, oil and salt and pepper.

Roast until almost tender (approximately 35-40 minutes.)

Sprinkle with parmesan, toss to combine, and roast until cauliflower is fully tender, 10–12 minutes longer.
